Julie Cohn’s Paper Chain Bracelet is handcrafted from forged bronze. The bracelet is 7.5 inches long. Julie began her career as a bookbinder. Working with paper for fifteen years, it became her preferred method for prototyping. This bronze bracelet is an example of the idea of something impermanent being translated into something permanent.
Julie Cohn is continually inspired by primitive crafting techniques, and these techniques have influenced the imperfect form and texture of this design.
