‘Dasha’ by Urs Fischer, 2018. This larger-than-life wax candle originally depicted art collector and patron Dasha Zhukova, a personal friend of the artist. Cast entirely in wax, she can be seen here wearing a pink dress and sitting in a chair. A wick at the top of her head was lit, and the candle slowly melted over the course of the exhibition.
